Solway Synchro Camp 2022

On Sunday 3rd April, several Starlight members travelled down to Dumfries to participate in the Solway Synchro Camp.

The day started with a fantastic off ice workshop with Sharon Mitchell. Skaters worked on bringing focus and projection into their performance and had great fun too!

This was followed by an on ice skills session led by Philip Carter and Molly Coxon. Starlight skaters had a brilliant time learning new skill exercises and enjoyed meeting skaters from other rinks.

The day ended on a lighthearted note, with an on ice “theatre” session. Skaters were given the chance to let loose to music and explore movement.
