2017 Synchro development camp

Head coach Kate had organised a National Synchro development camp with one of the Worlds top Synchro coaches, Kaisa Arrateig. Kaisa is head coach of the Finnish team, Helsinki rockettes who are currently world number 2. The camp also featured experts from Scottish gymnastics, Ballet and strength & conditioning. The programme was exciting, dynamic and exhausting with ice sessions at (almost) Olympic size rink in KA's Auchenharvie Leisure Centre and off ice sessions in the brand new, state of the art indoor studios and gymnastics facilities within Inverclyde.
